NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT OR PRICE AGREEMENT THROUGH AN INTERSTATE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT

LINN COUNTY HEREBY declares this Notice of Intent to Award a Contract to Daniels Electronics Ltd. dba Codan Communications, through the use of an Interstate Cooperative Procurement, and is published in accordance with ORS 279A.220. Linn County hereby gives public notice of its intent to enter into a contract with Codan Communications for the replacement of an existing land mobile radio system through the use of an Interstate Cooperative Procurement administered by NASPO ValuePoint – State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services (Lead State).
Procurement Description: Replacement of an existing land mobile radio system; Total Price: $1,360,878.00.

Written comments may be submitted to Linn County for consideration about this matter. Written comments must be received by 12:00 PM on March 28th, 2022.

The County shall not consider any comments submitted after the deadline established in this Notice. Any comments must include sufficient information to identify this Notice of Intent to Award a Contract through the use of an Interstate Cooperative Procurement. The County will review all timely comments and issue a written decision. Linn County reserves the right to reject any or all comments for lack of relevance or conformity, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract.
