On July 31, 2024, at approximately 6:45 p.m., the Linn County Sheriff’s Office 9-1-1 Dispatch Center received a call about a suspicious vehicle parked near Richardson Gap Road and Griggs Drive, northeast of Lebanon. The caller reported that a white Nissan Altima had been parked in the area since earlier that morning.
Deputies responding to the call determined that the Nissan had been stolen from the Portland area earlier that day. The vehicle’s owner reported to police that his wallet, phone, prescription medications, and the car had been taken at gunpoint by an unknown suspect.
Deputies found the stolen Nissan parked at 39370 Griggs Drive, Lebanon. Shortly after their arrival, they saw a male suspected of being associated with the stolen vehicle enter the residence. Deputies attempted to communicate with the male, and anyone inside the house, but were unsuccessful. They then applied for and obtained a search warrant for the property, which was served by the Linn County Regional SWAT Team.
During the search, investigators seized drug paraphernalia, firearms, and property belonging to the victim of the stolen Nissan. Several people were found in the residence or on the property.
The following individuals were arrested for outstanding warrants and lodged at the Linn County Jail:
- Joshua Martin Hughes, 22, of Sweet Home
- Amber Dawn Lacy, 49, of Lebanon
- Christopher Lee Hutzler, 39, of Keizer
The following individuals were cited and released for outstanding cite-and-release only warrants:
- Bodie Gibson, 44, of Lebanon
- Alysha Enhaynes, 21, of Sweet Home
- Patricia Ann Hughes, 19, of Lebanon
